8DOF Walking Robot

The custom PCB designed for ESP32 robots includes an option to easily connect a PCA9865 servo control module which can be used to control up to 16 servos, i.e more than enough to allow a '8 degree of freedom' (8DOF) walking robot to be built which (obviously!) only needs 8 servos.

The image shown above right is of a Raspberry Pi managed 8DOF walking robot that will be used as the physical design basis (i.e.  reusing/revising the 3D printed components) for a revised ESP32 controlled design, which should allow a simpler and cheaper build to be achieved - albeit with potentially some control options not being available.
